Matthew prepared a desk top valuation report using floorplans I already had for my property, which was less expensive than but still very in-depth. Having never been through a lease extension process before he made it so much simpler for me. When I received the Landlord's counter offer which was initially quite high I was a little worried. We were commissioned to undertake a pre-purchase Level 2 RICS Home Survey of a two-bedroom ground floor flat located on one of the tunings off Chestnut Grove in Balham. A level 2 survey is equivalent to the old RICS Homebuyer Report and is designed to highlight any urgent or costly issues. The survey was undertaken by our senior surveyor Shaun Blake.
